How To Update The Email Address For Billing Receipts

A step-by-step guide on how to update the email address that receives billing receipts from Eniture Technology.

Some of Eniture Technology's products require the purchase of a license, which is most commonly the case for BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce merchants.  When the license is obtained, an email address is collected to which notices and billing receipts are sent. Follow the instructions below if you need to change this email address.

Step 1 - Log in to eniture.com

Navigate to eniture.com and log in using the username (email address) and password for your account.  The "Login" link will appear in the top right corner of the webpage. (Follow this link for additional information about recovering or updating the username or password.)

Step 2 - Navigate to the My Licenses page

After you log in, click on My Licenses in the navigation menu and click the Edit link associated with the license you want to update.

Step 3 - Update the payment information

Scroll down to the Payment Information section and access the Billing Email field.  Enter the email address that is to receive the billing receipts.  Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.

Afterward, click the Save Changes button.
