A step-by-step guide on how to update the username or password used to access your account on eniture.com.
Some of Eniture Technology's products require the purchase of an API key, which is most commonly the case for Magento and WooCommerce merchants. When the API key is obtained, the email address of the individual obtaining it is used as the username to eniture.com, and the individual is prompted to identify a password. The credentials can then be used to update the API key for various things, like the registered URL, the staging environment, and the subscription plan.
If you need to change the username (email address) or password associated with your account at eniture.com, follow the instructions below.
Step 1 - Log in to eniture.com
Navigate to eniture.com and log in using the existing username (email address) and password. The "Login" link will appear in the top right corner of the webpage.
If you don't recall the password, you can use the "Lost your password" link to reset it. An email will be sent to the registered email address, so you'll need access to that email's inbox. If you want to change the username (email address) because of a change in personnel, add the email address as an alias to your own so that you receive the password reset email.
If you're unsure of the username (email address) associated with your account, email support@eniture.com. In the email, identify the URL of the website for which the API key is registered.
Step 2 - Access your profile
After you log in, click on the avatar in the top right corner of the webpage and select Profile. Edit and then save the information you want to change.
