Instructions on what to include in a screenshot of the Shipping Methods to help expedite support.
When you open a support ticket (firstname.lastname@example.org) for one of our Shopify quoting apps, include screenshots illustrating the issue you're reporting. A screenshot that shows the shipping methods is usually the most helpful one you can provide. When capturing the screenshot, make sure it includes:
- The address used for the ship to address;
- The contents of the cart;
- The Shipping methods region

Other information to include
Unless the problem is obvious, for example, an error message is present, provide some commentary on why you believe the quotes are incorrect. The more information you provide, the quicker we'll be able to understand and address your issue.
