Eniture Technology may ask you for your Shopify URL so that initiate the process of creating a Shopify Collaborator Account for your store. (Learn more.) A Collaborator Account is often a prerequisite for providing customer support for an issue you are reporting.

Shopify makes frequent changes to its user interface. Where you locate your Shopify URL may differ slightly than what is described in this document.

Your Shopify URL will take the form of something.myshopify.com.

To locate your Shopify URL, use the Shopify ADMIN menu and navigate to Settings. Your Shopify URL may be above the option for the General settings and below the name of your store in the Settings menu.

If you don't find it there, use the Shopify Settings menu to navigate to Domains. Locate the Shopify URL on the Domains page.
