Unlike most LTL freight carriers, Day & Ross doesn't load a comprehensive pricing profile for its customer-specific tariffs. This results in the error "Unable to rate shipment, please contact customer service at 866-329-7677" when pricing is missing for the shipment origin or destination. To resolve this, Day & Ross customers should call the number identified in the error message, or contact their Day & Ross sales representative, to request that pricing be loaded for the origin or destination.
