Does Eniture Technology offer professional installation services or assistance?
Does Eniture Technology offer professional installation services or assistance?
Eniture Technology doesn't offer professional installation services. We won't charge you a fee to install and set up our apps for you. The steps for installation and setup are very straightforward and well-documented in the User Guide.
There is very little benefit to Eniture Technology providing installation services. One hundred percent of the data input must come from you. You are better off reading the User Guide and entering the data into the app/plugin yourself. If you hired Eniture Technology to do this for you, we'd read the User Guide to you, collect the required inputs from you in spreadsheets and emails, and then enter it into the app/plugin user interface. If you are entering the information into an email or spreadsheet, you might as well enter it directly into the app/plugin.
What assistance does Eniture Technology provide?
Eniture Technology will provide support for any step or concept in the User Guide that you need help with. If you need help, contact Eniture Technology's customer support using one of the following methods...
- Email support @eniture.com
- Fill out the Open Support Ticket form
- Phone 404-787-6037 extension 2
If it is obvious that there hasn't been an attempt to implement the instructions in the User's Guide, we will ask you to follow the instructions in the User's Guide and check in with us with on specific parts that you are having difficulty with.
Can I hire a third-party web developer to do the install/set up?
Yes, but keep in mind that the same challenges will still exist. Your web developer will not be authorized to obtain your API credentials from your shipping provider, won't know all of your stocking locations, know your preferences for the quote settings, or know the product-level shipping parameters for your products. You will need to give all of this information to your web developer, usually in a spreadsheet or an email, simply so the web developer can type it into the appropriate page in the app/plugin.
