There are no available services for the countries you've selected

Don't be concerned about this misleading message sometimes seen in Shopify's shipping zones.

Shopify displays a message on the Settings > Shipping > Zone page that states, "There are no available services for the countries you've selected." Do not be concerned about this message, it is misleading. A more accurate message would be, "The selection of services are made in the app preferences."
