How to Change FreightDesk Online Plans

Instructions for how to change your FreightDesk Online subscription or plan.

Step 1 - Login

Login to FreightDesk Online (https://freightdesk.online).

Step 2 - Navigate to Manage Plan

Using the main navigation menu, navigate to Manage Plan.

Step 3 - Update the Plan

Click on the Update Renewal Plan link for the plan you want to change. There are separate plans for LTL freight and parcel shipping. It's possible to change one and not the other. If you want to change both, be sure to click both links and choose the desired plan for each.
