How do I file a UPS loss/damage claim with ShipEngine Carriers?

If you're using ShipEngine Carriers, you have access to negotiated rates for UPS parcel services. To file a UPS loss/damage claim, complete the ShipEngine Carriers UPS Loss/Damage Claim form linked below. ShipEngine and UPS will then jointly manage the claims process.

  1. Complete the ShipEngine Carriers - UPS Loss/Damage Claim form. Note: The form prominently displays the Stamps.com logo — ShipEngine is a subsidiary of Stamps.com.
  2. Submit the form. ShipEngine and UPS will jointly handle the claims process from that point.
