How to Give Eniture Support Access to Your Wix Site

To help troubleshoot your Eniture app, our support team may need temporary collaborator access to your Wix site.

 

Invite Eniture Support

  1. Sign in to Wix and open the dashboard for the site where the Eniture app is installed.
  2. Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions.
  3. Click Invite Collaborators.
  4. Enter support@eniture.com.
  5. Under Stores Roles, select Store Manager.

  6. Make sure Manage Apps is also selected under App Market.

  7. Review the permissions and click Send Invite.

If Manage Apps Is Not Available

Create a custom role and enable Manage Apps under App Market. You can name the role App Support.

Then assign that role to support@eniture.com and send the invitation.

Once the Invite Is Sent

Reply to your Eniture support ticket and let us know. We can then accept the invitation and continue working on your request.

Please do not send us your Wix password or other login credentials.
