How to Update Your Email Preferences

Eniture Technology sends several types of email communications, including customer support responses, product updates, critical service notifications, and marketing information.

You can choose which categories of emails you want to receive, restore subscriptions you previously canceled, or unsubscribe from communications you no longer want.

There are three ways to subscribe or resubscribe to Eniture Technology emails.

Method 1: Use the Email Subscription Management Page

Recommended for subscribing or resubscribing to email communications.

Our Email Subscription Management page provides a convenient way to subscribe or resubscribe to individual categories of Eniture Technology emails, even if you previously unsubscribed.

1. Visit the Email Subscription Management page.
2. Enter the email address for which you want to update subscriptions.
   
   
3. Check the boxes for the types of email communications you want to receive.
4. Check the required consent box authorizing Eniture Technology to save your subscription preferences.
5. Click Submit.

Your selections will be submitted to our email subscription management system.

Important: This form does not display your existing email subscriptions. Selecting a category subscribes or resubscribes you to that category. Categories you leave unchecked remain unchanged.

You can return to the Email Subscription Management page whenever you want to subscribe to additional categories.

Method 2: Use the Email Preferences Link in a Previously Received Email

Recommended for viewing and managing your existing email subscriptions.

Most subscription-based emails sent by Eniture Technology include a link in the footer that allows you to manage your email preferences.

1. Locate an email you previously received from Eniture Technology.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
3. Click Email preferences or Manage preferences.
   
   
4. The Communication Preferences page will display the available subscription categories and your existing selections.
   
   
5. Check the categories you want to receive and uncheck those you no longer want.
6. Click Update Email Preferences to save your changes.

This method allows you to both subscribe and unsubscribe from individual email categories.

Method 3: Request a Resubscription Email Using the Contact Us Form

Available for email addresses that have unsubscribed from all Eniture Technology emails.

If you previously unsubscribed from all emails, you can request a resubscription email through our Contact Us page.

1. Open the Contact Us page.
2. Locate the Email field in the contact form.
3. Enter the email address that previously unsubscribed from all emails.
4. If the system recognizes the address as unsubscribed, the following message will appear beneath the Email field:"Looks like you've opted out of email communication. Click here to get an email and opt back in."
   
   
5. Click Click here to request a resubscription email.
6. Check your inbox for the resubscription email.
7. Follow the link in that email to open your Communication Preferences page.
8. Select the types of email communications you want to receive.
9. Save your preferences.

You do not need to complete or submit the Contact Us form to request the resubscription email.

Note: This method is intended for contacts who unsubscribed from all emails. If you unsubscribed from only certain categories, the resubscription message may not appear. Use Method 1 or Method 2 instead.

What Happens When You Unsubscribe From All Emails?

Selecting Unsubscribe from all future emails opts your email address out of all subscription-based email communications managed through Eniture Technology's email system.

This differs from unsubscribing from individual categories.

Unsubscribing from all emails may prevent you from receiving product updates, critical service notifications, customer support communications, and other information relevant to your use of Eniture Technology's products and services.

An unsubscribe from marketing emails does not necessarily prevent delivery of individual one-to-one correspondence or transactional emails. However, delivery may depend on the type of communication and how it is sent.

We strongly recommend keeping One to One Communications enabled, along with Customer Support, Online Form Submission Responses, and Critical Notifications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing and other optional email categories while continuing to receive communications important to your business.

What If You Cannot Update Your Email Preferences?

If you're unable to subscribe or resubscribe using the methods above, please contact support@eniture.com for assistance.

Other email delivery issues, such as previously bounced emails or spam complaints, may require additional investigation. These issues are different from unsubscribing.

For your protection, Eniture Technology will not change your email subscription preferences without appropriate authorization.
