FedEx API Connection Changes Effective June 1, 2026

Starting on June 1, 2026, FedEx parcel customers using a third-party app to connect to their account are required to reauthorize their API credentials using a new multi-factor authentication (MFA) process. The reauthorization is executed entirely within the third-part application. The User Guides for the Eniture Technology products impacted by this change are linked below.
