How to disable the Cart Drawer and enable the Cart Page in Shopify
Applications that extend the functionality of Shopify may require the Cart Page to be presented to the website visitor, and not the Cart Drawer. The Cart Drawer has only a fraction of the potential capabilities of the Cart Page. To disable the Cart Drawer in favor of the Cart Page, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Using the Shopify ADMIN menu, navigate to Online Store > Themes.
Step 2:
Click on the Customize button to edit the theme.
Step 3:
In the left-hand margin, select the Settings icon, which is represented as a gear.
Step 4:
In the left-hand margin, scroll down until you see "Cart" and click to view the options.
Step 5:
Choose the option for "Page".
Step 6:
Save your settings and test the results.
